For this production, I kept all information centralized in one spreadsheet on Google Sheets.

I took note of the most frequently asked questions and made sure those questions could be answered on the 'home' page of the sheet. 

As a producer, this page is very helpful for me when sending emails and creating accounts for crew members. Later in production, this was also very helpful when creating our electronic press kit and website.

As stated previously, I used what worked in previous years and adjusted what did not work for naming conventions.

As producer I took on the task of managing the timeline for posting on our Instagram. This page helps give a clear visual of our 2022 social media timeline.

One page I made sure is far more streamlined is the asset tracker page. 

I included more steps in the process to help break apart the stages of production.
